Our Policies

There is a $10 one time deposit required upon reservation payable via Zelle to 2025203345. It is transferable once within 24 hours of your appointment time with appropriate notice.

Please do not arrive at your appointment more than 5 minutes ahead of schedule unless discussed.

If you will be late, please give notice before appt time. After 10 mins there is a $10 fee. If I am late to your appointment by more than 15 minutes without notice, I will discount $10 from your service.

Same day cancellations are required to pay the entire amount scheduled for before being able to reschedule. No exceptions.

We share an intimate space, so no extra guests, unless being serviced.

​

Final payment can be paid via cash or Zelle. Please have Zelle information completely set up before coming in.

​

Booking for the upcoming month will be available every 15th of the previous month.

​

I do not work behind other nail techs.I do rehab nails back to healthy. However I will not work on visibly damaged surfaces where nails show signs of infection, or nails being picked or pulled off.
